The Gresham is accessed from the front via a flight of seven shallow steps. There is no public access to the rear of the building, although the rear does function as an emergency escape route.

The Gresham contains 15 bedrooms over five levels. The Gresham does not have a lift. Most rooms are on-suite, showers are not level access. All rooms are equipped with wall mounted TV/DVD combo's.

Rooms 2 and 3 are located on the ground floor. Room 2 contains one double bed, and room 3 contains one two single beds. The bathroom in room 2&3 is accessed via one small step up. These rooms are accessed via a lighted corridor with2 steps. Rooms 2 and 3 have wall mounted power-points.

Rooms 4 and 5 are located on the mezzanine level up a flight of fourteen steps. Room 4 contains one double bed, and room 5 contains one double and one set of bunk beds. The bathroom in room 4 is accessed via two small steps down. These rooms are accessed via a lighted corridor with two steps. Rooms 4 and 5 have wall mounted power-points.

All public spaces, bedrooms and passageways are able to accommodate a standard wheelchair.

The dining room is on the ground floor and is accessed from the main entrance hall.

There is no parking outside the hotel, however, loading and unloading of passengers and luggage is permitted. Permits are available for on street parking to the rear of the building. During high season garage parking is also available at a nightly charge.

Weymouth Train Station is a short walk from the hotel. Kings Way, the allocated coach drop off point, is also a short walk from the hotel. The resort has excellent public transport and good taxi services.

Due to the Georgian design of the building's frontage the ground floor is accessed via a short flight of steps. In addition due to the listed status of the frontage of all the buildings lining Weymouth's Esplanade we are restricted from making any alterations. Street level access to the rear of the building opens into the private accommodation area in the basement level.
