Parking
Limited
garage parking is available at £6 per day and is subsidised
by us at the

is not allowed in any of our bedrooms or communial
areas.
Safety
Deposit Box
The
Gresham has a safety deposit box which guests can make use of.
Dietary
Requirements
Please
advise if you have any special dietary requirements.

Payment
Payment
may be by cash or cheque. Cheques
must be accompanied by a cheque guarantee
card for
the full amount (please note that many guarantee cards are limited to
£100.) At
present we are unable to accept payment by debit or credit card.
Bookings
Booking
may be made in advance. A deposit of 20% will be required, payable by cheque (please allow two weeks for cheques
to clear.) In the 'High Season' bookings must be for a minimum of one
week,
Saturday to Saturday.
Cancellations
You
should give us 24hrs notice of cancelling a booking. Every effort will
be made
to re-let your room(s) following cancellation. If we are unable to
re-let your
room(s) we will retain your deposit. If your cancellation is less than
24hrs we
will require you to pay the full amount. These charges may be avoided by
taking
out suitable holiday insurance.
Arrivals
and Departures
Your
booking will be from 2.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.30am on the day
of
departure. Last check-in is 6.00pm, except by prior arrangement. Please
note
that if you have not arrived by 6.00pm we are entitled to re-let your
room(s).
If you are going to be late, ensure that you contact us by telephone. We
would
appreciate it if you let us know in advance of your time of arrival.
